Application overview
A new build workshop using concrete block cavity walls and trussed roof. A total of 8 roof lights will be fitted to give ample natural daylight into the workshop. All rain water from proposed roof to discharge into an existing watercourse running parallel with Heol Parc Mawr to rear of boundary. Main access door to be steel reinforced and 2 No roller shutter doors for material access etc
