Removal of condition 8 (bridge) of planning permission CA/25/01290 for the variation of condition 2 (drawings) of planning permission CA/23/01429 for part four/part five storey (with basement) care home with associated car parking and alterations to existing parking and landscaping, together with the creation of an additional 83 car parking spaces with associated access road, landscaping and alterations of site levels; to allow the approved 72 care apartments to by replaced by 102 care suites of single and double rooms with associated communal facilities, landscaping and parking.
