All other conditions The use hereby permitted use shall be carried out for no more than 120 pupils attending the school at any one time. No increase above 120 pupils shall take place unless and until a Traffic Management Strategy has first been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The Strategy shall assess the effects of the increased pupil numbers on the surrounding highway network and shall identify any mitigation measures necessary to ensure that there is no severe or unacceptable impact on highway safety or the operation of the local highway network.
