Planning conditions
  1. The premises shall not be open for business outside the hours of 08:00am – 03:00am, Monday to Sunday. Reason To ensure that the proposed development does not prejudice the enjoyment by neighbouring occupiers of their properties and to ensure compliance with Local Plan policies SO1.2 and SO2.2 and the National Planning Policy Framework.
  2. Noise emanating from the premises due to the operation and any sound amplification equipment shall not be audible at any noise sensitive premises either adjacent to or in the vicinity of the site. Reason To ensure that the proposed development does not prejudice the enjoyment by neighbouring occupiers of their properties and to ensure compliance with Local Plan policies SO1.2 and SO2.2 and the National Planning Policy Framework.
  3. No goods, plant, materials or waste shall be stored or deposited on any part of the site outside the building except in an enclosed container, the siting and design of which has been agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. Reason To safeguard the amenities of the locality and to ensure that adequate space is retained for the parking, loading and unloading of vehicles.
  4. Reason for Grant of Permission In accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework the Local Planning Authority has worked with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner to approve the proposed development, which accords with the Local Plan and the National Planning Policy Framework.
