The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date on which this permission is granted. Reason To comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990.
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: o DWG REF: S6960 LOCATION PLAN o DWG REF: S6960 PROPOSED PLANS Reason For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
No external plant, machinery or equipment shall be brought into operation until a noise assessment has first been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The noise assessment shall: a) assess the existing acoustic environment; b) provide details of all proposed plant, machinery and equipment; c) identify any mitigation measures necessary to ensure that noise arising from the operation of the plant, machinery and equipment does not exceed the following limits: The approved mitigation measures shall be fully implemented prior to the first operation of the plant, machinery and equipment hereby approved and shall thereafter be retained and maintained for the lifetime of the development. Reason To safeguard the amenity of nearby residential occupiers and to ensure that the development does not result in unacceptable levels of noise pollution, in accordance with Policies SO1.2 and SO2.2 of the Cannock Chase Local Plan and the National Planning Policy Framework.
No works shall be conducted outside of the following hours: • 0800 hours and 1800 hours Monday to Friday; • 0800 and 1300 hours Saturday; and • At no time on Sundays and Bank Holidays. Deliveries to and removal of plant, equipment, machinery and waste from the site must only take place within the permitted hours detailed above. Reason In the interests of the amenities of surrounding occupiers during the construction of the development.
Coal Authority The proposed development lies within a coal mining area which may contain unrecorded coal mining related hazards. If any coal mining feature is encountered during development, this should be reported immediately to the Coal Authority on 0345 762 6848.
