- The proposed single-storey rear extension would project approximately 4.0 metres beyond the original rear wall of a semi-detached dwellinghouse. This exceeds the maximum 3.0 metre projection permitted under Class A.1(f)(i) of Part 1, Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended). Consequently, the proposal does not constitute permitted development and the Lawful Development Certificate must be refused.
