The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date on which this permission is granted. Reason To comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990.
The materials to be used for the external surfaces of the development shall be of the same type, colour and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason In the interests of visual amenity and to ensure compliance with Local Plan Policies CP3, CP15, CP16, RTC3 (where applicable) and the NPPF.
The takeaway/restaurant premises hereby approved shall not be open for business outside the hours of 11:00am to 11:00pm on Monday to Friday and 11:00am to 8:00pm on Sundays and Bank Holidays. Reason To ensure that the proposed development does not prejudice the enjoyment by neighbouring occupiers of their properties and to ensure compliance with the Local Plan Policy CP3 - Chase Shaping, Design and the NPPF.
The development hereby permitted shall not be occupied until the window(s) indicated on the approved plan are obscure glazed. The window(s) shall be non-opening unless the parts of the window which can be opened are more than 1.7m above the floor of the room in which the window is installed. Thereafter the window(s) will be retained and maintained as such for the life of the development.
