  1. The consent is for a period of five years from the date of this decision. Reason To comply with the requirements of Regulation 14 of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations (England) 2007.
  2. No materials shall be used for the external surfaces of the development other than those specified on the application. Reason In the interests of visual amenity and to ensure compliance with Local Plan Policies CP3, CP15, CP16, RTC3 (where applicable) and the NPPF.
  3. Any structure or hoarding erected or used principally for the purpose of displaying advertisements shall be maintained in a safe condition. Reason To comply with the requirements of Regulation 14 of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations (England) 2007.
  4. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: 6481 Rugeley-Proposed Part Plan Timpson Typical Pod Elevations-1 Timpson Typical Pod Details Timpson Typical Advert Elevations-1 Timpson Typical Advert Elevation-2 Timpson Typical Advert Details-1 Timpson Typical Pod Elevations-2 6481 Rugeley Proposed Site Plan Reason For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
  5. Coal Authority The proposed development lies within a coal mining area which may contain unrecorded coal mining related hazards. If any coal mining feature is encountered during development, this should be reported immediately to the Coal Authority on 0345 762 6848.   6. The owner of the premises is required to take responsibility for the fixtures and fittings associated with the signs and be liable for future maintenance and any claims made relating to the signs.
