Planning conditions
  1. The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date on which this permission is granted. Reason To comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990.
  2. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: - Location Plan - 6481 Rugeley Proposed Part Plan - Timpson Typical Pod Elevations-1 - Timpson Typical Pod Details - Timpson Typical Advert Elevations-1 - Timpson Typical Advert Elevation-2. - Timpson Typical Advert Details-1 - Timpson Typical Pod Elevations-2 Reason For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
  3. The external materials shall be completed in full accordance with details shown on the approved drawings prior to first occupation of the development hereby approved and shall thereafter be retained for the lifetime of the development. Reason In the interest of the amenity of neighbouring occupiers in accordance with Policy CP3 of the Local Plan and the National Planning Policy Framework.
  4. Coal Authority The proposed development lies within a coal mining area which may contain unrecorded coal mining related hazards. If any coal mining feature is encountered during development, this should be reported immediately to the Coal Authority on 0345 762 6848.
