Planning conditions
  1. Both proposed and existing uses would fall under Use Class F.2 under the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (as amended) the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) and as such the change of operation of this building would not consitute a material change of use. The proposed works to the existing school building as shown in the submitted plans meets the criteria of Class M within Part 7 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 and therefore the proposal is considered to be lawful.
