- The proposed extension meets the criteria of Class A, Part 1 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015. One objection was receiving and as such the proposed rear extension was assessed against impact on neighbouring amenity. The proposed would not be considered to result in a significantly detrimental impact on the neighbouring amenity. Therefore, prior approval is required and granted. The proposed roof alterations meets the criteria of Class B, Part 1 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015.
