Decision & conditions

Discharge of Conditions - Full Approval
Planning conditions
  1. The application seeks formal Discharge of Conditions relating to the Statutory Biodiversity condition and condition 6 within approval notice 25/0260/A. In consultation with the Council’s ecologist it is confirmed the submitted Biodiversity Gain Plan and accompanying metric demonstrates that the development will meet the minimum 10% net gain for biodiversity. This is achieved by both on-site enhancements and the purchase of the requisite number of off-site units which have been confirmed from the habitat bank that they have been purchased. The HMMP and S106 are in place, and Natural England have confirmed appropriate registration documents that have been submitted. Similarly the Habitat Management and Maintenance Plan is considered satisfactory. As such, subject to compliance with the submitted details, condition 6 and the Statutory Biodiversity Condition are formally discharged.
