Decision & conditions

Discharge of Conditions - Full Approval
Decision Notice
Planning conditions
  1. The application seeks to discharge planning condition 3 associated with CH/25/0189 relating to archaeological investigations. The Council has formally consulted with the Staffordshire County Council’s Historic Environment Team with regards to the application. It is confirmed that the Historic Environment Team have previously reviewed, commented on, and informally approved the submitted archaeological monitoring (i.e. watching brief) report, and they remain satisfied that provision is in place for archive deposition as required by the condition. Their recommendation is the formal discharge of condition 3 in full (including Parts A, B and C). Officers see no reason to disagree with this recommendation and as such condition 3 in relation to the above application is discharged.
