The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date on which this permission is granted. Reason To comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990.
The materials to be used for the external surfaces of the development shall be of the same type, colour and texture as those used on the existing building. No storage of material, equipment or vehicles will be permitted within this area. Service routes will not be permitted to cross this area unless written consent of the Local Planning Authority is obtained. Reason To preserve the character of the heritage asset in compliance with Policy CP15 of the Local Plan (2014) and relevant paragraphs of the NPPF.
The hereby approved development will be carried out in accordance with the 'Construction Sequence' outlined in 'House extension Plan and Elevations as Proposed 2038-139-04e'.
