Planning conditions
  1. By virtue of its scale and appearance the mast would be sited in a prominent location that would not be well related to the surrounding landscape, would be highly prominent and would have a detrimental effect on the character of the area contrary to the emphasis within Cannock Chase Local Plan Policy CP3 and CP14. The proposed mast would be set adjacent to an open landscape designated for its outstanding natural beauty and would directly conflict with the emphasis within Local Plan Policy CP14 in terms of preserving rural openness and a sense of place. As such Prior Approval is required and is refused.
