Planning conditions
  1. The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date on which this permission is granted. Reason To comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990.
  2. No deliveries shall use the completed spine road between the A51 and All Through School during drop off and pick up times once the school is opened. This shall mean no deliveries between the hours of 08:00 and 09:00 and 15:00 and 16:00. Reason: In the interests of highway safety in accordance with Local Plan Policy CP10.
  3. The development hereby approved shall be constructed in accordance with the submitted Environmental Management Plan (dated 04/04/25) and shall only use the construction routing shown on the submitted Site Management Plan unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of highway safety in accordance with Local Plan Policy CP10.
  4. 4. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: 0059278-BHE-XX-XX-DR-C-31900 P00 Foul Water Drainage Pumping Station and Substation Site Location Plan 0059278-BHE-XX-XX-DR-C-01200 P00 Existing Topography & Utilities Overall Plan with Planning Boundary 0059278-BHE-XX-XX-DR-C-00100 P00 Existing and Proposed Contours Plan 0059278-BHE-XX-XX-DR-C-31901 P00 Foul Water Drainage Pumping Station and Substation Plan & Section 0059278-BHE-XX-XX-DR-C-37004 P00 Foul Drainage Pumping Station B Detail and Substation Plan Reason: In the interests of proper planning and to define the consent.
  5. In accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework the Local Planning Authority has worked with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner to approve the proposed development, which accords with the Local Plan and the National Planning Policy Framework.
  6. National Grid Electricity Distribution (NGED) has Extra High Voltage (EHV) (132kV) network installed on this site. NGED welcomes contact with the developer and MUST be contacted in all instances for safety guidance, proximity clearances and clear working methodologies related to locating equipment and safe working practices prior to any physical (or survey) works at this site. Any alteration, building or ground works proposed with the proximity of any network, apparatus or equipment that may or may not directly affect cables or conductors, MUST be notified in detail to National Grid Electricity Distribution.
