Cannock Chase Council as Local Planning Authority hereby determines that the development as described above and referred to in your application falls within the limits of permitted development as described in Schedule 2, Part 6 for Forestry Developments under Class E of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended). Due to the sites location within Article 2(4) land prior approval is required. The proposed would be acceptable in respect to its siting, design and external appearance, therefore prior approval is granted.
