The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date on which this permission is granted. Reason To comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990.

The hereby approved development shall be constructed in line with the following measures as outlined in the email 'Re: CH/25/0033 - HEDGEFORD LODGE JD WETHERSPOON - Flagpole dated 17/03/25': • Vehicle access is prohibited into the area within the red boundary. • All installation materials will be unloaded and delivered by hand from Anglesey Crescent. • Installation hole will be hand dug to eliminate the risk of tree root damage. Reason To ensure the retention and protection of the existing vegetation which makes an important contribution to the visual amenity of the area.
