Planning conditions
  1. The proposed use of the premises to provide care and support for 3 young persons would generally be held to fall within Class C2 of the Order (Residential institutions). However, the evidence suggests that the activity associated with the proposed use would not be materially different from that which preceded it (as a conventional dwellinghouse). As such, the change of use is not material, so planning permission is not required. It is therefore appropriate to issue a lawful use certificate.
  2. Staffordshire Police Whilst this application is not subject to consultation, the applicant is advised to review the comments provided by the Designing Out Crime Officer, which can be viewed in full at https://planning.agileapplications.co.uk/cannock
