- The impacts of noise on the intended occupiers have not been adequately addressed and mitigated. As such, the proposal fails to meet the provisions of MA.2 (2) (d) of Class MA, Part 3 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015. It is therefore recommended that prior approval is required and refused.
