Discharge of Conditions - Full Approval
Planning conditions
  1. An application for the discharge of planning conditions has been received seeking discharge of conditions 4 (Noise assessment), 5 (Ramp Assessment) and 6 (Waterproofing appearance) pertaining to planning approval CH/24/190. Upon review, both the Environmental Health Department and the County Highway Authority have submitted their responses. Notably, neither authority has raised any objections to the application, indicating their approval and satisfaction with the discharge of the proposed conditions. Most notably the noise report findings provided are not disputed with Environmental Heath stating ‘I have reviewed the report and am in broad agreement with the findings. The report suggests that noise from the demolition works is unlikely to have an adverse impact on local noise sensitive locations.’ Taking the above into account Officers are satisfied the submissions are acceptable and the requirements of the conditions associated with the above consent can be discharged.
