Planning conditions
  1. The proposed 20m high telecommunications mast and associated equipment would be sited adjacent a busy road and would sit within a context of commercial area, comprising of large-scale warehouse units. The proposals are considered acceptable in the context of the area and overall would conserve the character of the site. Accordingly, it is assessed the mast would be related to existing buildings and their surroundings and would not have a detrimental effect on the appearance of the area so as to comply with Cannock Chase Local Plan Policy CP3. Prior approval is not required as to the siting or design of the mast.
  2. Note to Developer Coal Authority The proposed development lies within a coal mining area which may contain unrecorded coal mining related hazards. If any coal mining feature is encountered during development, this should be reported immediately to the Coal Authority on 0345 762 6848.   3. Staffordshire Police Whilst Staffordshire Police have no objections to the application it is important that a high level of physical security is incorporated in these proposals.
