Planning conditions
  1. The development proposes works within the RPA of protected trees and there is insufficient information to determine the scheme’s impact on retained and protected trees, as well as the wider Cannock Chase Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). The development therefore has the potential to have a detrimental impact on the character and appearance of the surrounding area and the Cannock Chase AONB and conflicts with Local Plan Policies CP3, CP10 and CP14 and the National Planning Policy Framework.
