The development hereby permitted shall be completed in accordance with the following approved plans: • A124 - Proposed External Landscaping • A102 - Proposed Plans and Elevations • A100 Existing Site Plan/Location Plan Reason For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
Notwithstanding any details, within six months of planning consent being granted, revised details indicating the following will submitted to the Local Planning Authority: • A bound and porous access with gates that are set back 5m rear of the footway or with the gates removed. • 3 no 2.4m x 4.8m parking spaces and sufficient turning space to allow vehicles to leave in a forward gear. The scheme shall be approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved access and parking shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details and be completed prior to first use and shall thereafter be retained and kept as intended for the life of the development.
