Planning conditions
  1. Insufficient provision is made for the parking of vehicles within the application site and the proposal would therefore result in increased demand for on road parking provision in the locality, which would be to the detriment of highway safety, the free flow of traffic and to the amenities of occupiers of nearby residential properties dependent upon on-street parking. The development proposal is therefore in conflict with Policies CP3 and CP10 of the Cannock Chase Local Plan (Part 1) 2014 and Paragraph 115 of the National Planning Policy Framework (2023).
