Planning conditions
  1. Insufficient information has been provided in respect of potential noise and disturbance arising from the change of use. The increased activity at the site in respect of comings and goings and the provision of dance classes in this semi-residential location, together with associated playing of music, has the potential to have a detrimental impact upon the amenity of neighbouring occupiers and the wider locality. The development proposal is therefore in conflict with Policies CP3 of the Cannock Chase Local Plan (Part 1) 2014 and the National Planning Policy Framework (2023).
