Planning conditions
  1. By virtue of its design, bulk and massing, the development proposal would result in an incongruous addition to the street scene as well as having a detrimental impact upon the character and appearance of the immediate and wider area and the visual amenity of neighbouring occupiers. Impacts of this type are contrary to Local Plan Policy CP3 and Paragraph 135(f) of the NPPF. On balance the application is not considered to represent a sustainable form of development.
