- The development hereby permitted shall be retained in accordance with the following approved plans: - Site Location Plan - Site Block Plan 1158/01 Rev C - Proposed Elevations 010 Rev A Reason For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
- No materials shall be used for the external surfaces of the development other than those specified on the application. Reason In the interests of visual amenity and to ensure compliance with Local Plan Policies CP3, CP15, CP16 and the NPPF.
- The proposed development lies within a coal mining area which may contain unrecorded coal mining related hazards. If any coal mining feature is encountered during development, this should be reported immediately to the Coal Authority on 0345 762 6848.
