Planning conditions
  1. The application seeks a Non Material Amendment to the Density Parameter Plan in that the decision notices issued by the respective LPAs refer to revision P10 with the drawing titles on the submitted and approved drawings reflecting this title. However, the drawing block confirms that the correct revision number is P11 and that the drawing title as submitted had not reflected this. Therefore, the application proposes the approved drawing name is amended to reflect the correct drawing revision number as shown on the drawing block. This being Density Parameter Plan 01585_PP_05 Version: Revision P11. The only difference between the drawing as approved and as proposed is the file number, the revision number shown on the drawing block and the substance of the drawing remaining unchanged. Therefore, the Council considers the proposed amendment in the context of the scheme as a whole is non-material and the amendment to the approved parameter plan reference is agreed.
