Planning conditions
  1. The proposed generator and ancillary equipment would be sited adjacent to existing telecommunications infrastructure and would be read against this surrounding context. The proposals are considered acceptable in the context of the immediate area. Accordingly, it is assessed the mast would be related to existing structures and their surroundings and would not have a detrimental effect on the appearance of the area nor the Cannock Chase AONB and complies with Cannock Chase Local Plan Policies CP3. Prior approval is not required as to the siting or design of the mast.
