This permission expires on 8th March 2027 and on or before this date the use shall be discontinued and the buildings/works carried out removed and the site restored, so far as is reasonably possible to its condition immediately prior to the commencement of the development. Reason In order to enable the effect of the development on the surrounding area to be assessed and reviewed, if necessary and to ensure compliance with the Local Plan Policies CP3 - Chase Shaping - Design.
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: - 2925-01 Rev C Location & Block Plan - Building Details Plan reference 7.5X22.5X4.4 (Dated 14-2-23) - Proposed Building Plans and Elevations. Drawing reference SS-332-BC dated 20th December 2023. Reason For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
Notwithstanding the approved plans, vehicles shall park within the designated areas of hardstanding only and shall not be parked on the former grass areas adjacent the southern boundary of the site which accommodates trees protected under TPO 1992/1. Reason To avoid damage to the rootzones of the protected trees.
In accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework the Local Planning Authority has worked with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner to approve the proposed development, which accords with the Local Plan and the National Planning Policy Framework.
