The development hereby permitted shall not be occupied until the velux window(s) indicated in the rear elevation on the approved plan are obscure glazed and non-opening. Thereafter the window(s) will be retained and maintained as such for the life of the development. Reason In the interests of protecting the amenities of the future occupiers of the annex and the amenity of the occupiers of the adjacent residential property in accordance with Policy CP3 of the Cannock Chase Local Plan and the National Planning Policy Framework.
