- The application seeks a Non Material Amendment to 21/0197 in order to vary the approved plans via the insertion of a plan under Condition 41 to illustrate consented development areas and relevant permissions at the site. The site is complex in terms of its history and overlapping consents. The insertion of the plan which seeks to define how these consents relate to each other is provided. Officers raise no concerns with this and consider the proposed inclusion of the plan within the main 21/0197 consent raises no material planning issues. As such the Non-material Amendment is approved and WMDO -HMA- XX-00- DR -A -90252 Rev I is added as an approved drawing.
