The application seeks discharge of planning condition 4 of approved application CH/23/0312 which relates to details associated with the access road to serve the approved All Through School. The condition states: Prior to the development hereby approved being brought into use, temporary access to the sports and social club car park is to be provided in area marked 'temporary access' as shown on drawing BMD.22.0006.L01.DR.P102 Rev F in accordance with details to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The temporary access shall be sited a minimum distance of 4.5 m away from the approved vehicular access to the primary school car park and of a suitable width to allow two cars to pass each other and shall remain until the completion of the distributor road in accordance with the timescales set by condition 29 of the outline planning permission unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority in consultation with the Local Highway Authority. Two sets of plans have been submitted as part of this discharge application, these include: Drawing no. 0059278-BHE-XX-XX-DR-C-40001 Rev.P00 which shows the access in the context of the interim access solution; and Drawing no. 0059278-BHE-XX-XX-DR-C-40002 Rev.P00 which shows the proposed junction to provide access to the car park, in the context of the permanent solution. Upon consultation with Staffordshire County Council as Highway Authority, it is confirmed that the details provided are satisfactory and that the interim solution drawing correlates with recently submitted application CH/23/0312, and that the permanent solution drawing correlates with the spine road layout agreed under application CH/23/0312. Accordingly, subject to compliance with the submitted details the relevant condition is considered to be discharged.
