- The application seeks discharge of planning condition 11 in relation to the submission and agreement of detailed drainage plans. Severn Trent Water as consultees on the application confrim the S106 foul sewage and surface water approvals for this site; 1105219 (SW) and 1105286 (FW) have been issued and that they have no further comment to make as S106 approval to connect have been given by STW. Accordingly subject to compliance with the submitted plans, the requirements of condition 11 are satisfied and can be confirmed as discharged.
