Planning conditions
- The application seeks formal discharge of planning conditions 7 (materials), 8 (Landscaping) and 12 (Construction Management Plan). The application includes Document reference: CANNO-WBA-XX-XX-SH-A-PL_601 Materials Schedule which sets out the proposed materials. I can confirm the materials provided are considered acceptable and subject to compliance with the stated details, the condition is discharged. In relation to Condition 8 Landscaping, a range of plans and amendments have been provided in response to comments from the Council's Landscape Officer. These include: AT.22.1234.102 Hardworks AT.22.1234.101 Landscape AT.22.1234.100 Landscape Masterplan CANNO-WBA-SI-ZZ-DR-A-90-003-C3 Proposed site plan AT.22.1234.103.r11 Planting plan AT.22.1234.SWspec.03- Soft landscaping specification AT1234.LSCP/Mngt.PLAN-V5 Landscape management plan Following further consideration of the above details, the Council’s Landscape Officer assesses the plant specifications, soft landscape specifications and management plan details are acceptable. Accordingly subject to compliance with the approved details as part of the construction process, this condition is considered to be discharged. In relation to 12, the Council is provided with an amended Construction Management Plan Rev D following comments by the Council’s Environmental Health team. No objections to the amended timings are now raised and therefore subject to compliance with the approved plan during the construction programme, the condition can be discharged. This addresses all conditions that were subject to the current application.
