Planning conditions
- The application seeks formal discharge of gas monitoring and contamination conditions 15 and 16(iii) and 16(iv) respectively. The application is supported by the following information: • Certificate of Conformity, UK Membranes (undated) • Gas Addendum Letter from GRM, dated 20 December 2019 • 14 No. Certificates of Handover, UK Membranes (various dates) Condition 15 requires the submission of a verification report to the Local Planning Authority for approval, prior to occupation. The application is now supported by 14 ‘Certificates of Handover’, which evidence the installation of gas membranes across the site. This aspect of the gas protection scheme appears to have a reasonable standard of installation and the Council's Environmental Protection raise no objections to the discharge of the conditions requirements. Similarly Condition 16 (iv) requires verification of ground gas protection measures is also required. Environmental Protection raise no objections to the discharge of this condition. Accordingly the requirements of Conditions 15 and 16 are considered to be suitably discharged.
