Discharge of Conditions - Full Approval
Planning conditions
  1. This application seeks discharge of condition 3 within planning permission CH/20/381. The condition requires the development permitted shall not be brought into use until details of a Traffic Regulation Order to restrict parking at the site access and for the first 30m of the site access road, broadly in accordance with approved Plan ‘PL22008 001 Site Access Arrangements’, have first been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The applicant has provided detailed agreed technical drawings that are formally Approved by Staffordshire County Council. These included Drawing No. AAC5537-RPS-xx-xx-DR-C-700-01 Revision P09 ‘Section 111 – General Arrangement’ and AAC5537-RPS-xx-xx-DR-C-702-01 Revision P05 ‘Section 111 - TRO Consultation Plan’. The Highway Authority confirm that subject to compliance with the above drawings the development's design is acceptable to the Highway Authority. The Council therefore has no objection to discharge of conditions subject to compliance with the approved plans stated.
