Planning conditions
  1. The application seeks Discharge of Planning Conditions relating to CH/20/381 condition 13. This states: No dwelling shall be occupied until a scheme for the erection and management of dog fouling bins, including the emptying and disposal of waste has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and the works comprising the erection of the bins has been implemented. Thereafter the bins shall be managed in accordance with the approved management scheme. The applicant has provided details of the proposed location of the dog waste bins and details of a proposed management regime via Ground Solutions UK Ltd with a breakdown of relevant costings and schedule for waste emptying twice monthly as stated in the Program of Works. Officers assess the positions and emptying schedule are reasonable and therefore, subject to compliance with the agreed schedule, the condition is considered discharged.
