Decision & conditions

Discharge of Conditions - Full Approval
Planning conditions
  1. The application seeks discharge of planning conditions relating to street lighting within the proposed development. Correspondence has focussed upon affording minimal impact upon foraging bats at the request of the Council's Ecologist. In correspondence and the most recent amended plans it is clear that minimum lux levels have been assured whilst also meeting the competing County Council's obligations to provide adequate night time visibility for users of the development and an adoptable highways scheme. Accordingly Officers are satisfied the requirements of the conditions have been met and subject to compliance with the approved plans (02003 C2 Private areas and 01986-01 C1 public areas lighting layout) the requirements of conditions 20 are discharged.
