Discharge of Conditions - Full Approval
Planning conditions
  1. The application seeks discharge of planning condition 29 relating to details of the provision of Household Welcome Packs which shall ‘signpost’ households to other local recreation destinations and shall include educational information on Hednesford Hills SSSI, Cannock Chase and routes to greenspace to seek to relieve recreational pressures upon nearby protected areas. The amended application includes details of wildlife signs, travel information leaflets for distribution to households in the development, an example wildlife lectern and 3 No. proposed positions within the site where these would be sited. In light of these amended details, the Council's Ecologist raises no objections to the proposals. Accordingly these details are approved and subject to implementation, the requirements of Condition 29 are discharged.
