- The Council is presented with electrical, gas and water layouts and a BT Openreach layout for telephone internet with a view to discharging the requirements of Condition 12. The statutory providers have not responded to the Council's consultation requests on this discharge application but Officers have had sight of Self Lay agreements for water and gas that are aknowledged by South Staff Water. Given the existence of separate processes with the providers and the need for formal building regulations approval which includes the provision of high speed internet to properties, Officers are satisfied with the details provided and assess that final connection and approval would rest with the provider in any event. Accordingly subject to compliance with the approved plans submitted under this application, Condition 12 is considered to be discharged.
