Discharge of Conditions - Full Approval
Planning conditions
  1. The application seeks formal discharge of conditions in relation to Planning Approval CH/19/201. The Council APPROVES the following details in respect to the below: Condition: 15 (Arboricultural Impact Assessment) Arboricultural Impact Assessment (Phase 1 Former Rugeley Power Station ref 12612_AIA.001 REV A is acceptable. Condition 15 of CH/19/201 is discharged, only in so far as it relates to Phase 1 of the Phasing Scheme approved under the discharge of Condition 5. Condition: 28 (Noise and Vibration Impact Assessment) Noise and Vibration Impact Assessment (Former Rugeley Power Station Phase 1) dated 3 October 2025 is acceptable. Condition 28 of CH/19/201 is discharged, only in so far as it relates to Phase 1 of the Phasing Scheme approved under the discharge of Condition 5. Whilst the above details are hereby approved, the consent will not be considered as lawfully implemented until it has been carried out in accordance with the approved details and any other details set out in the conditions attached to the approval notice or the requirements thereof.
