Decision & conditions

Discharge of Conditions - Full Approval
Planning conditions
  1. The Detailed Design Code (v9) incorporates a range of features that will promote movement within the site, attractive and active frontages and maintain key vistas along the main road frontages within the site. The CEMP (Rev C) provides details of site management practices to address risks arising from noise, air and water pollution as well as proposed construction compound locations. For the avoidance of doubt the inclusion of Habitat Management in the CEMP does not override specific conditions that seek to deal with these long term habitat and BNG related matters. No objections are received from key consultees such as the Highway Authority and LLFA. Overall the Detailed Design Code promotes ideals that will have an positive effect upon the future character and living environment of this site and future street scene. Similarly the CEMP seeks to protect the amenity of those in the context of the site. As such discharge of condition 6B and 12 for Phase 1 is acceptable and in accordance with the requirements of the Development Plan and the NPPF.
