Decision & conditions

Discharge of Conditions - Full Approval
Planning conditions
  1. The application seeks discharge of the archaeological planning condition 23 relating to Outline Approval CH/19/201. In particular the purpose of the application is to formally confirm that no further reporting or publication in relation to areas outside of the Riverside Park is required. In consultation with the Staffordshire County Archaeologist, it is confirmed that no further archaeological investigation is required insofar as it relates to the areas located outside of the Riverside Park. The comments received seek to remind that the condition will still apply to the area of the Riverside Park with the highest archaeological potential and that further archaeological works, in line with the approved Overarching Written Scheme of Investigation (OWSI) will be required in due course. Therefore, taking the above into account the Council can confirm formal discharge of Condition 23 for the areas outside of the Riverside Park.
