Application overview
The southern fence line brought in from the boundary by a minor amount to ensure there is a 3m offset, from the centre of the farm track for the use of a variety of farm equipment. The south eastern fence line part realigned to ensure it is erected entirely within the County Councils land ownership. Landscape plans updated to reflect the changes to the fence line and include the final pond design that has been agreed by the IDB.
