Conifer - reduce where it extends over driveway back to growth points as close to edge of drive as possible, up the full height of the tree. On some branches where there are no suitable growth points, we may have to reduce to the main stem, but this will be minimised as much as possible. The longer branches will be reduced by 1.5 to 2 metres subject to there being a suitable live pruning point (as its a conifer), or less if not. This reduction distance will reduce as we work up the height of the canopy as the branches reduce in length, until the reduction blends out into the top of the tree - no height will be removed from the tree. The purpose of the work is to reduce the lateral canopy overhang over the drive, and maintain the canopy so it does not continue to encroach further over the driveway as it is currently.

What these statistics cover

These figures describe applications collected by PlanningTrack for Buckinghamshire Council, across all dates currently available. They are a partial dataset, rather than an authority-wide performance measure. The date range does not establish continuous historical coverage.

The approval percentage is approved records divided by approved plus refused records. Pending, withdrawn and unknown outcomes are excluded. No percentage is shown until there is an approved or refused record.
