View council mapI would like permission to cut back some of the branches, including the top of the tree. The beech tree is becoming extremely large with branches over-reaching to my neighbours and we are receiving complaints about beech nuts and branches falling onto neighbouring property.I have always had concerns about the tree falling and so would like to keep the height trimmed so that it doesn't reach the property, should it fall.
