Construction of three detached dwellinghouses with associated parking, amenities and attenuation pond) to allow for the minor revisions to the proposal comprise changing the dwellings from three-bedroom to four-bedroom units, while retaining the same footprint size. The dwellings have also been repositioned to sit more parallel to one another, and the ridge heights have been increased slightly. The following minor revisions have been made to help the dwellings sit more comfortably within the site, respond better to their surroundings, and improve privacy & provide additional bed space.
