T1 Elm Reduce side away from building by approximately 2m. A2 Front wall Cut back inside face to open up garden. Cut back wall side to within boundary line but to maintain screening from the road. A3 Norton road side, cut back inside face as tight as possible and shape. Cut back roadside hard to allow for new fencing. Fell and grind small shrub closest to the house.
